Instructions
Preheat
Oven: 400°F (205°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Make the Crust
In a large bowl combine:
Ground meat
Eggs
1½ cups mozzarella
Parmesan
Salt
Mix until fully combined (use hands for best texture)
Shape & Bake Crust
Press mixture into a large thin pizza circle
Thickness: about ¼–½ inch
Bake 15–18 minutes until:
Fully cooked
Lightly golden
Firm enough to lift
Drain excess fat if needed
Add Toppings
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella
Add pepperoni / meats generously
Add extra cheese if desired
Final Bake
Return to oven 8–12 minutes
Cheese should be bubbly and golden
Rest & Slice
Let rest 5 minutes
Slice and serve hot
