Ingredients
1 cup sourdough discard
1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar (or cheddar + parmesan)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp salt
Optional: garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
Steps
Heat oven to 325°F / 165°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix everything into a thick batter.
Spread very thin on parchment (almost translucent).
Bake 20–25 min until set.
Remove, cut into squares, return to oven.
Bake another 10–15 min until crisp and golden.

🌱 Sourdough Discard “Cheeze” Sauce (Vegan-style)
Great for pasta, nachos, or veggies.
Ingredients
½ cup sourdough discard
½ cup soaked cashews (or sunflower seeds)
2–3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon or mustard powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Water to thin
Steps
Blend everything until smooth.
Heat gently on the stove, stirring, until thick and glossy.
Adjust salt, lemon, or water.
