Ingredients:
1 cup pork rinds (finely crushed into powder)
3 large eggs
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Crush the pork rinds:
Use a food processor or put pork rinds in a zip bag and crush finely until powder-like.
3. Mix wet ingredients:
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Combine:
Add crushed pork rind powder, baking powder, and salt to the wet mix.
Stir until it forms a thick dough.
5. Shape biscuits:
Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet, forming 6–8 biscuits.
Optional: flatten slightly for even baking.
6. Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and set.
7. Cool & enjoy:
Best served warm with butter or carnivore-friendly spreads.
Tips:
Store leftovers in the fridge; reheat in toaster oven or air fryer.
Add shredded cheese for extra flavor and moisture.
For fluffier biscuits, separate eggs, whip whites, and fold in at the end (like a fluffier carnivore bread).
