INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 oz Cream Cheese I recommend this one (amazon)
- 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 fl oz Double Cream / Heavy Cream
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cream cheese, butter, and eggs into a blender. Pour in the heavy cream and blend everything together until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a cube mold (a silicone ice cube tray works well).
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until slightly puffed and just set in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the mold.
